Nisafit Apparel LLC – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
(Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays.)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier selected.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Package Protection
At checkout, you may be offered optional package protection for your order. This protection covers issues such as loss, theft, or damage during shipping and may also offer additional return-shipping benefits depending on the provider.

If you choose to add package protection, any claims related to covered shipping issues will be handled through the protection provider’s claim process.

If you decline package protection, Nisafit Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Package protection does not apply to defective or incorrect items. Those cases are handled directly by Nisafit Apparel under our standard return policy.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nisafit Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows β€œdelivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping During Returns
For returns due to defects or wrong items, we cover return shipping.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
