At Nisafit, we design
with intention and ship with care. If something isn’t right, we want to make
the return process clear and straightforward.

Eligibility for
Returns

We accept returns
within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

β€’ Unworn and unwashed

β€’ In original condition

β€’ Free from stains, odors, or damage

β€’ Returned with original tags attached

For hygiene reasons,
hijabs and select items may be non-returnable unless defective. Please review
product-specific notes before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently process
exchanges based on availability. If you need a different size, we recommend
initiating a return and placing a new order to secure your preferred size. This
ensures availability during limited drops.

Non-Returnable
Items

The following items
are not eligible for return:

β€’ Gift cards

β€’ Worn or altered garments

β€’ Items returned outside the return window

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email hello@nisafit.com with your order number
  2. Await return authorization instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable service

Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or
incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is
received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method
within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return
is due to our error.

We encourage

International shipping
We ship to 40+ countries via DHL Express. Rates and transit times calculate at checkout. Duties
and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.


Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also check the status
anytime on our Track Order page.


Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@ruafit.co
and we'll make it right.
