Order Processing

Every Nisafit order
is handled with intention and care. Once your purchase is placed, our studio
prepares your pieces thoughtfully to ensure quality, accuracy, and secure
packaging. We do not rush dispatch at the expense of detail. Standard
processing time is 1โ€“3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly, but
communication will remain clear throughout.

Domestic &
International Shipping

We ship both locally
and internationally. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the
shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are shown
before payment is completed. Once your order leaves our studio, you will
receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Please note that
international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures that are
beyond our control. Any duties, import taxes, or additional customs fees are
the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes
& Shipping Issues

If you need to update
your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
While changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins, we will always
attempt to assist.

If a package is
delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, notify our
studio promptly so we can work directly with the carrier to investigate and
resolve the matter.
